The product overall is good and all the functions seem to work totally fine except for one thing that is the backlit keyboard which is given in the description of the laptop, it doesn’t have an illumination key as it should have , it was a disappointment for me as I have always used dell products and they are the best in the business , but this time I was very much disappointed. I even contacted the dell helpline and submitted my concern with them and they were of no use , I got a reply as the return window of Amazon is closed and they cannot do anything about the keyboard, which again was infuriating.
