Elica WDFL 606 HAC MS NERO Auto Clean Wall Mounted Chimney

Happy with Elica Chimney stylish look and performance\nWe are using this Elica Chimney for the past 3 weeks and till now it performing well and we are satisfied with its overall performance. The noise level is very minimal and its suction power is good it level 3 speed.\n\nSince I’m not sure about how much electricity it sucks I mostly use it at 1st or 2nd level.\n\nReally love the Motion sensor, which helps us to maintain the product dirt proof. And look wise it’s really good. Thanks to FLIPKART for fast and safe deliver and Thanks to Elica for good product.\nI will update my post, If there are any good or bad performance in future.

Delivery was on date and I got a call on the same day for installation on the next day. But I requested them to install after 6 days at week end and they arranged as I requested which was very helpful for me. Very good gesture from the company customer service team. Today the installation is done.The technician was very helpful and answered all the quarries I had. As this is the first kitchen Chimney I have ever bought so I had a lot of questions. Installation was done within 45 minutes. Thanks to both Elica and flipkart. Let’s see how it works in a longer period of time.

Elica product is very good but it’s customer care support is very poor.\nElica customer care is good for nothing kind of service. I got call from elica on every day since I got product delivered they simply asked whether Installation done or not. If I say not yet then they will say they will send technician. Like that, every day I used to get cal 2 times a day and they took 4 days and finally installation done on 4 th day…\n\nAlso installation do e by local store tecnician. He does not have any knowledge about product. He simply installs with additional cost and also charged for bigger duct cost though I need smaller one for my kitchen. Installation at 700 mand duct cost 1300. It’s really worthless \n\nI suggest, if you are located in any town or city, better to gor local technician. It’s as simple as that. Need to to drill clamp to make set the chimney. That can be done by any local technician.\n\nOverall \nProduct is good but customer service is very poor.\nThey create complaint ticket but without any resolution simply closes after 3-4 days

I have been using the chimney for more than three months and it is working smoothly. Smart features like timer, touchless controls are very convenient. Suction is very strong. I am using it for my three burner stove. Great value for money.
