The media could not be loaded.
Within 3 months the machine stopped working and I had to replace the filter inspite of the one year warranty.
I was forced to pay Rs 5175 for a new filter as they refused to understand that the machine was faulty.
What is the sense of buying such an expensive water purifier when I have to pay out Rs5175.
Pls arrange to refund this money as the manufacture has asked me to complain and recover from Amazon

I am extremely disappointed with my Aquaguard installation experience due to two main reasons. Firstly, the person who was assigned to install the device was a juvenile, which impacted the overall quality of the installation. Secondly, the service center representative attempted to overcharge me for a pre-filter candle from a generic brand, quoting an unreasonable price of Rs. 550. Despite claiming that the entire amount would go towards Aquaguard, I was skeptical about their intentions.
When I refused to pay the amount and requested the removal of the overpriced candle, the service center representative became hostile and began verbally abusing the young technician. Eventually, he agreed to accept Rs. 300. I believe this is outrageous. This entire experience has left me with a negative impression, and I felt it necessary to share it on the Amazon review section.

Engineer not used new divider which comes with Aquaguard Ritz filter, they used my previously installed divider and they also broke the divider liver after that we can’t able to close and open the water supply to filter. Now water supply is always open for filter. If we need to close water supply then we can switch off the Aquaguard Ritz filter. Engineer said that they will fix this issue after 4 months when they come. I can’t force the engineer to fix that issue that time because he already received installation code from me. So he left. I have uploaded that divider photo which comes with filter. I suggest everyone please don’t give your satisfaction code to engineer untill your installation finish. AFTERALL MY FILTER IS WORKING WELL.

I recently bought this product and after using hardly for 15 days, it stopped working, the red service light kept on blinking. After calling the guy to repair (bought the product from reliance store, my biggest mistake, Eureka Forbes ppl said they wont be able to repai it since it’s under the reliance contract) end result, my aquaguard is still not working since past 1 and half month!!! And no one has helped so far.. Saying different things, filter issue! Pcb issue! Parts not easy to buy. So ppl who are planning to buy this product PLEASE DO NOT BUY IT! AND ESPECIALLY DO NOT BUY FROM RELIANCE STORE.

Product is faulty. Got repair in 6 months and service engineer requested to replace filter. He got cartridge for Copper RO. When I asked he said no cartridge available for alkaline model in Aquaguard. Charged 4800, again you need to replace for every 6000 L of use. Waste of Money don’t go for Aquaguard it self. They are cheating customers.
