Even after several follow up for installation no one contacted.

We purchased this water purifier 10 days ago from a trusted offline retailer. The experience has been anything but good.
1. Water tastes and smells of plastic if left for a few hours.
2. There is a water leakage issue and their service executive does not know how to fix it.
3. All the panels are made from low grade plastic and are falling apart within a week of installation.
4. Phone calls to Eureka forbes’ customer care are charged at 1.5Rs/minute.

NO PROBLEM WITH WATER PURIFIER, VERY EASY TO INSTALL AND VERY USEFUL. NO ODOUR IN DRINKING WATER. LETS SEE FURTHER.

The day of fixing itself started giving trouble. Water started leaking from front and sides of the unit. The guy who installed it came back and fixed it. On day 4, the purifier stopped working and it doesn’t switch on now. Will call the customer care and raise a complaint. Will update the status once done.

It clearly says it’s for TDS<200 and does it's job well. The design is beautiful and looks good as part of the kitchen.
My only complain is that the water flow from its outlet could have been higher. Otherwise no complains.

Good purifier for soft warer
