The product was delivered well in time and response of Glen service engineer for installation and conversion to PNG was prompt .However after two days of usage the auto ignition on two of the burners stopped working as no spark gets generated.The auto ignition quality is very poor and needs to be improved by Glen

First the cooktop is nothing special for its price except the company branding. The glass heats a lot for this model and damages automatically within 6 months(happened with me and two of my family friends). Response time to fix the glass may take anywhere b/w 1 month to I don’t know when. Its already been 1 month for me and not sure how much more time it will take (will update the review with the exact time).
Its better to buy cheaper product. Atleast we can throw the product once that breaks.

Seems to be good. Till now no complaints. Need some experts to fix the battery and valves first time. I actually wanted a automatic nob. It’s automatic but there is a small battery swicth which we need to press with the nob to turn on.

Product is Good. Overall design is also good. Easy to install….. But GLEN personel who approached for installation of the gas burner is changing extra money which is not mentioned anywhere.

Its less than 2 month and the Sparks Not working.
We have changed battery but still same.
Hope less only way to do use match box.
It was wrong decision to buy this online.
We are not able to get customer services also.
NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.
