noise level is very high , cooling is good, fan speed options are less

Don’t opt for the company installation. Overpriced bracket, water pipe and other accessories. The technician are not very experienced. Did a mediocre job installing the output unit (see picture). The copper pipe is exposed to the weather yet they changed for insulation tape.

Fan noise is irritating, especially at nights. The installation cost me 7.4k.
**update after service team visit**
The air filter had a think layer of dust which was adding to the AC noise. Service engineer cleaned it up and recommended washing the filter at-least once a month.
The noise is now about 50% lower than how it was before and cooling efficiency has also increased a bit.
Changing it from 1 to 3 stars.
I would still not give a 4 or 5, because the compressor noise is still a bit more than expected though manageable.
Also, installation experience was bitter.

It’s good but should have an economic mode of control also. In many ACs there is mode where AC automatically cutsoff at a particular temperature and restarts when temperature goes up – but this is missing in this AC.

Connecting copper pipes missing in the package while opening the pack by Godrej installation team. I requested to send the missing parts or replace the entire unit. But finally they decided to return and refund what I don’t want.
