Machine is good and delivered on time .
However for installation , the service provided from Godrej and help Amazon provided was not up to mark .
Amazon customer care we’re really rude on call when u explain your problem .

Ordered this for my Mother in law who stays alone, was sceptical if she will be able to comfortably use it. But product was good enough for me to self install and explain to her how to use.
Easy to use functions, reasonably low noise levels, value for money.
Highly recommended for small family if they are looking for budget friendly product at reasonable price.

Outer body is prone for dent since thin sheet is used.

The noise level is as they mentioned low, is really easy to use you just need to put the clothes in it and start it, auto detects how many clothes are in it and sets the water level, saves energy and plus it has memory so if something happens ex power shutdown in your house it won’t start from the beginning will start from where it left. Value for money absolutely worth it. I would suggest this to anyone as their first washing machine as it is very easy.
