I had purchached the Godrej Eon WF PAE 600 front load fully automatic washing machine before 3 year ago.
From last 2.5 year the bottom of outer cabinet body is rusting day by day. After 3.5 year from purchased date the drum spider/ drum bracket has broken. The service center of godrej demanded Rs 8500 aprox cost of drum bracket/ drum spider. I had purchased that washing machine Rs 16500 aprox.
The Drum bracket/ drum spider is not available in open market. It is hardly Rs 1200 to 2000 availble in daryaganj delhi.
The toll free no.of Godrej does not help you, its only will give you a local service center no. ( frenchaize). They (frechaizee) are unable to provide that part even after registered a complaints 7 days ago, they are unable to provide the cost of the spare part and availability.
