Initially for 1 or 2 months the washing machine worked well, however for the last two months it’s continuously giving E2 error. Already raised complaints 4 times regarding this issue. Complaint numbers are listed below for your reference

On 12th of August 6.35PM, in a group Whatsapp video call, the issue was observed by your both Senior technician as well as his manager. However the issue is not getting permanently fixed.
The purchase product has become a headache since we don’t know on which date, it will work and won’t on which date.

There is only 1 mode for washing in “Hot” water and that too the cool tap water fills in the machine first along with clothes and then heats up to 60 deg celcius which takes 1 hour….After that the washing begins…This is not like proper washing machine with heater at all…please please keep this in mind while buying this……..if you want proper washing machine with heater, please go for costlier models and brands.
Curious Case –
I use it for only one purpose to wash bed ridden persons urine clothes and nothing else. It does the job well washed clothes do not stink. if you add conditioner then its good. the machine is little noise only when it washes but its not like unbearable rest of the time it runs pretty silent but mine is a big home so not sure how it will be for small homes. you cannot customize the 60 degree wash. The huge drawback of the machine is that the water flow is very very poor and it takes 1.5 hrs for one cycle. even if you put it in rapid 30 its takes it own sweet time. The other drawback is if you forget to close the detergent door it will still do its thing without any detergent. other than that the product is not built like a tank such as my boch 8kg front load. this is quite flimsy not sure how they are giving 10 year warranty on motor lets see how it goes.. for me I am using it for about an month. So I will review it again at a later point of time.
