Delivered damaged & not working product plus misrepresenting all the facts at time of complaint

Ordered Black, received black and white instead. It’s working though and built quality is very satisfactory. I did not replace because apart from wrong colour delivered, there’s no issue with the washing machine and since we already have a black Whirlpool washing machine, we took this mistake as in a positive way and kept it.
