Not a heavy duty or long lasting product. Which is expected of a Godrej washing machine. It has started giving problems just after 2 yr warranty. There are heavy parts gone bad. The repair cost is coming in 5k range. This is unacceptable. Washing machines should last longer without major issues.

I purchased this machine in April and continuously facing one or the other issue. The load balancer is extremely poor! The seevice engineer told me to not wash more than half bucket of clothes at a time! They must have mentioned allowable wash load as 2-3 kgs instead of 6.5 kgs. Also the machine is too lightweight and the engineer told it can fall off too😂

I am not satisfied.its not work properly. Initial parts are not work properly and long time. Function of this machine is not easy.

I could not find any special in this n some persons have got so called amazing.Amazon
fellows are keeping very high price n as I know they are very cleaver persons appointed by Amazon.Day by day they are cheating to innocent people.

I worked with from last 1 yr but machine not working properly. Every time had issue with machine and I complaint about machine works ,the service man reply its not balance properly ,I change the placed and again same pblm to happened. Don’t buy this product. Some time after half wash complete and again start from new one.
