Jar is jammed before even using . Not working. Waste of money. There no refunds only replacement. Brand new product with quality checked sticker on we get this. Very sad.

Overall a very poor product. On very first day of usage the mixer’s couplers broke (the one small container used for grinding spices). Quality not upto the Hafele big appliances level
