Haier sent a novice technician, he troubleshooted with boss instructors over the phone, he cut all wires and repatched it, it didn’t work. Technician irresponsible boss said to buy a new one and junk this device.

The product had been delivered on time, but it was defective. The convection fan was loose, and it started rattling and smoking on the first run. The demo guy from Haier came after 3 days to fix it. That’s not how I want a new product to work!
