Worst product… There is no storage of heated water even if the tank is fully heated… Heated water is cooling down and not getting heat water for more than 5mins…

Very good heater… Temperature display meter works very slowly… Keeps water hot for a very long time at least 24 hours as it is. Five star heater temperature control knob works smoothly. Thank you flipkart… Its costlier tha other heaters but worth it.

Product seems good, currently working just fine. FREE Installation is Done via Havells On same day of Delivery. Online its cheaper than offline, I compared it myself. Its a 5 Star energy rating product. There is LED Light on the heat setting KNOB of geyser at bottom which glow Blue initially and Red when reached at Maximum heating. It takes about 8 to 10 min. to heat water at enough temperature on max. setting. Overall genuine product.

Good finish, looks attractive, working well so far, service engineer visited with in 24hours and installed geyser, it takes about 30-40minutes to get hot water, provided power safety plug which good new feature, we have to see how other features work in future.
