Once u buy fan online to get warranty u need to register in havells website. I tried multiple times to register in havells site but fails due to technical issue. I called havells customer care and instead taking my complaint they said they take complaints only if fan has any issue, not for their website issues it seeems and they disconnected the call. Very bad customer support from Havells. Dont go for BLDC fan company which wont giv proper customer support as BLDC fan always shows issues in time

The fan is very good looking and improves the aesthetics of the room. I have just installed it 3 months running and I have no issues till now. But the performance of the fan after 2+ years is what is to be seen. My last fan with the old technology lasted for 10 years..still no problem. Need to observe more
