Product is cool but had a horrible experience with the service guy, he had come in the late evening in my absence and he didn’t even ask about the installation height and he didn’t even remove the old nails and installed it on the rod below it, no politeness, spoke rudely.
Though the product is good, the service guy is very bad. I regret buying this product because of its poor service.

This iis not useful to me why because it is only for municipal water only please exchange with RO what ever difference amount i will pay i want “pro alkaline”

Got a faulty product which overflows even after the tank is full. Service is required every six months and you have to change the filter once in a year which will cost around ₹2500-3000 approx. Works only in soft water.

The day the water purifier was installed, it started dripping. When the service engineer came to fix the problem he took out a part which was faulty. There is a sticker which proclaims “Inspected” “OK”. Looks like the sticker is put there as a matter of routine – if actually an inspection is done, then the person who put the sticker on a defective part should be fired for ruining the reputation of the company. I have lost faith in the Havells brand name.
