I was in the hospital when this arrived. And was unable to use it until I returned home from rehabilitation after the hospital. I was excited to start using it and creating my videos.
The 1st time I turned it on,it worked fine. The 2nd time I turned it on, about 2 weeks later, it heated up instantly to the point where it burned the table it was on, and the keyboard did not work! I contacted Amazon and HP to refund and they refused. Saying that it was over 30 days. I explained my situation and no response…still. So, I’m stuck with this computer that doesn’t work.
I’m about to have surgery again and I really need a working computer. I’m so, so disappointed and upset.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Only had the system for a month and it has blue screened multiple times. A warning that the system doesn’t support the installed graphics and to reset it. Can’t seem to download a fix.
