Standard installation of air-conditioners upto covers only: 1) Drilling of holes into a brick wall for taking out the pipes 2) Fixing a hole sleeve & Cap. 3) Fixing & Connecting indoor and outdoor units using the standard Kit provided by the manufacturer. Not covered as part of standard Installation charges are: 1) Outdoor unit stand – Rs. 750-1000. 2) Extra copper wire – Rs. 600-800 per metre (Two sized copper pipes will be used) 3) Drain pipe extension- Rs. 80- 110 per metre. 4) Wiring extension from the meter to the installation site – Rs. 90 per metre. 5) Vinyl tape roll -Rs. 80-110 6) Dismantling/shifting of the old AC's – Rs. 700-800 7) Closing the holes with White Cement – on Actuals 8) Stabilizer 9) Plumbing and masonry work 10) Power-point/MCB fitting and any other electrical work 11) Carpentry work. 12) Core cutting fabrication and electrical.     I am writing this review after 20 days usage. So far no proble. Quickly reaches the desire temperature. My room is 180 meter square. I think 2 Ton model is the best choice. Best in class air throwing capability it reaches the other end of the wall, which is 18 ft away.

    Excellent AC, cools entire hall and dinning area 300-400 sqft area quickly.\nReduced one star because IFB does not stand for out door unit through flipkart. Where as local dealers provide free outdoor stand with installation.

    Thank you IFB n Flipkart for the prompt installation within 24 hours. Very good cooling effect. But gas leakage found in Indoor unit, Engr had to cut the leakage portion and reassembled. Remote colour not matching. More review in coming months,,,,👍👍👍👍 Superb cooling in just two minutes….

    Product is good, air-throw is excellent. Big disappointment for installation through IFB, they sent local AC tech. who were least educated regarding the latest techs and techniques which is not acceptable in any ways. Guy dint even applied filter which IFB takes lot of pride for branding, I myself attached those filter in the vent.\n\nMy AC is installed now so I have used this for a while so far felt quite satisfactory let’s see how this will panned out in next few months/year.

    AC cooling is really good. Installation is a bit late but fine as it is panademic time.\n\nWhats the issue is, I got a damaged remote and they took it back. But it took a week for them to exchange the remote. That remote guy was really rude during the follow up call. Disappointed.

    FREE INSTALLATION IS ACTUALLY NOT FREE. THEY CHARGED ME 1500 RUPEES FOR OUTDOOR UNIT STAND AND ITS INSTALLATION. ALTHOUGH THE AC IS WORKING FINE AND INSTALLATION PROCESS WAS SMOOTH BUT I FEEL KIND OF CHEATED AS A CUSTOMER.
