Just Bought the product <7days . Washing quality is good. The program options are good for indian family.\nIts very spacious and it accomodate all the utensils for a family 3-4 people. \nIts good. I hope it remains like that. Have Resume functionality after powercut. Will update after using 6 months

Purchased in April 2021. Before that visited nearby IFB points several times but this item was out of stock all the time. Luckily got in Flipkart and also with around 3000 discount on mrp thanks to Flipkart and my bank card. Used it rarely in first two months but from June using it almost every day once. Performance is ok, can’t say great. Vessels need bit of pre scrubbing if one wants good results. Used IFB dishwasher powder and also tablets so far. Recently bought Finish tablets not used yet. Tablets give shining look on vessels, cleaning is almost same for both powder and vessels. We use 50 min cycle with extra rinse most of the times, sometimes tried default 2.50 hr cycle and couple of times 3.11 hr intense cycle. Results didn’t vary much. Biggest drawback of this dishwasher is 3rd tray. It’s on top, exclusively for spoons and similar items. Water splash probably doesn’t reach this as effectively as other trays as there is no separate water sprayer arm attached to it. So results are not good for spoons kept in this tray. Also it occupies space so middle and bottom trays lost some height to accommodate this extra tray. Big plates can’t fit in bottom tray if middle tray is down, big cups doesn’t fit if middle tray is pushed up. Feel this extra tray is not properly designed. Unfortunately it’s fixed so can’t remove either. Only bottom tray is removable. Keeping vessels slanted to keep more vessels results in leaving dirt stains on vessels. Seems dirty water from one vessel settles on adjacent vessels and dries up. At my place water hardness level is high. Tried softener setting at max 6 and later lowered to 4. Almost same results with both settings. But for sure softener is working well, as vessels look more cleaner and shine well compared to hand wash. If IFB can remove third tray and increase the volume in other two trays and provide cutlery box as in other models, that’d be ideal design. Didn’t check VX 15 place model, if it’s 2 trays model and gives similar performance then that’s better than this model.

Excellent product. Easy to use with the 8 standard programs. The minimum wash cycle is 40 minutes with tablet. Longest wash cycle of 3 hours. Clean vessels after wash & odourless vessels.
