Picture quality is purely awesome. Too good from the xaiomi ,infinix, vu, acer which comes in this range. Under 8k it’s really hats off. Yes sound quality must be improved. But UI is really user friendly. I am really impressed.

It’s a very good TTV for the price, I don’t like to spend much on TVs as my LG TV screen got died after warranty, I lost my 50K in one go, I won’t be crying more for this one due to it’s price, and I am getting more features for this price. Sound is quite loud and good as TV. If you want an upgrade over this then increase your budget to 30K, and look for TCL, and VU models. Upto 25K there is only this if you don’t want to risk with MI, IFFALCON is from TCL if you don’t know. Between 20-30 there is only TCL, and VU models you will get most value for your money. VU has MEMC, and great picture, and BASS in sound built in.

Overall it is a very good tv in 7000-7500 price range. I didn’t find much issue with it, except tv hanging sometime due to software issue, TCL app is mostly getting crashed. Installation with TCL was also satosfactory, I had to pay for the tv wall mount stand as it is not available free. Looking at the cost vs benefit, according to me it is nice purchase decision.
Pros:
1. Good display
2. Nice and loud sound
Cons:
1. TCL app crashes quite frequently
2. Other apps also hangs sometime

The Product was Good & Sound was also up to the mark. The Brightness level is need to improve but overall gooa at these prices.
But one of the negative point is the service. The man is coming for service from TCS Service has no manners to talk & rude attitude.
The person from TCS Service has not professional staff they need to train there staff to how behave with the Coustomers.
