Product seems fine. Fall sensors do not work, customer service is very poor.

Writing review after use for 10 days,
1. Amazing suction power as it take even smallest dust particles which can’t be done manually with jhadu.
2. Didn’t expect mopping to work this well, corners of wall have gotten really clean with mopping function.
3. This is a flaw that if you switch off then on it’s charging port or just device itself, robot is not able to find it immediately. It roams around then get to charging point.
4. It would be better if provided 3/4 mops. As mop get dirty after 1 round of mopping and if you continue to use it without washing, floor will become badlly dirty. So always wash mop after 1 use then use it again.
Rest all is good, my mother is really happy after using this. No jhik jhik of kamvali bai. Quite and hardworking robo is here.

Like the way it cleans with perfection. Map management is good. App connectivity is poor . Battery performance is not as expected.

Spending 15k+ on this was the biggest mistake I have done. The mapping algorithm is so poorly designed that I feel like throwing this out the window everytime it starts working. The app is another piece is BS. If the robo stops because it just wants to stop, once you restart it, it would have forgotten it was doing and will start over again. Such a piece of crap that I bought… regretting my decision.

defective product want a replament or cash back the company gets cheep defective products from china n sell on amazon for last 6 moths we r just in conversation with company to atleat give a woring product no ch of quality from amzon also .

Unable to add the device in the app… Brand new item requires software update for which the device has to be sent to New Delhi.. Very poor response by INALSA in resolving the issue.

Ordered it on Amazon on July 14th but took 13days to deliver due to prime day sale.
It has almost all the features which has in top end robots available for 25k to 40k between.
Before buying this Robot vacuum cleaner, I had a lot of research in online market and I was ready to go for Realme Robot Vacuum but I found Taurus Homeland laser with similar features and good thing was it costs only 15k. So I found this as a great deal then I started hunting for reviews where I was fully satisfied with it then I got this Robot Guy.
It cleans the room amazingly perfect.
It has a large dust box so no worries if we forget to clear the dust in the
box.
Mop function is also very good.
Taurus Homeland App works great without any bugs.
It creates a map and saves and cleans accordingly.
We can create no go zone or restric the cleaner to go particular place.
We can select a room to be cleaned or whole house.
Timer function is good. We can schedule the time to clean the whole house.
You can consider buying it without any doubt.
