This product is advertised as ip68 but it is completely useless in the water. I took a shower with these and one just slipped out and I caught it but the minimal amount of water that was on it made the headphone absolutely useless. This product completely lies about its water resistance level, especially compared to other headphones that gotten that have had IP67 ratings but still have better resistance.
I also have never seen a headphone that has worst latency than this. When watching videos on my cell phone there is a 2 second latency making watching anything absolutely impossible.
I have contacted JBL about this problem and they have not replied to me, so their customer service is also absolutely horrendous. I would like to get my money back but unfortunately I don’t think that’s going to be possible with how poor this company treats its customers and lies to them

These buds do put out great sound. Not the best for me; it took several rotations through the silicone tips and ear hooks to find a decent fit. I could probably use buds that fit flatter in the ear. These stick out on me.

They kept falling out of ears. Even with comply memory foam tips

These are good buds, they stay in place while I work and work great when I’m blocking out the noise from my tools. However when I pick up a call the noise cancellation switches to pass through noise and it’s hard to hear the call.

I have to say that I will always support JBL for the quality they provide for a price I don’t wince at. Sadly though, these buds fall into the category of great quality at the right price that will only last about 9 months. The sound in mine has degraded. I do like to listen to music loud while working out. So I’d hate to think these could not handle the sweat. They were great, but again not long lasting.
