I like these for the treadmill. With buds In an feel the sweat trickle into my ear. With these it is sealed off of my inner ear.
They are pretty tight out of the box. Forget wearing glasses while wearing these. What I did to help that was put them on an object slightly wider than my head and I heated the plastic head band part with a blow dryer on hot for several minutes, then let them cool on the object. That helped a lot.. not so squeezy any more.
The sound is good for my purpose, which is music for running or a podcast They are easy to clean after a workout. They charge quickly and hold a charge for several 1 hour workouts.

I actually bought these for airline travel. I was looking for a smaller set of Bluetooth Headphones that were not very expensive, that I could throw in my backpack. For the price, these exceeded my expectations as I could not justify buying a set of super expensive ones, that could get lost or stolen. These paired easily with my IPhone 8, sounded decent enough for travel, and the re-chargeable battery lasted just fine for two three hour flights. These are not going to satisfy an audiophile, but for 29 buck and change, they are really pretty impressive.
