the technicians were very rude,adament,no response from customer care number .
not at all good. They didn’t even care to install the product

Working is good.
Customer service is worst is the small word.
I purchased on May 2019. Worked 2 years. Got complaint and I contacted customer care they provided another number again they provided another number finally I caught technician he came and found that board was complaint. He sent it to repair and came back 1 month after but it is not working. He send it again to repair or replace to new one. Months are passing no reply still in pending.
Waste customer care.
I suggest everyone don’t don’t buy🙏🙏🙏

Honest suggestion to everyone who is planning to buy a Kaff chimney in India. “Never purchase”. Worst product. Lot of troubles. Faced 3 problems under warranty. Again faced problem 1 day after warranty got over. Service center took part 2 months back, didnt provide replacement yet. No ownership on part of Kaff.
