I really like the product. After delivery, I got the call for installation. Vegetable cleaner doing very well. It removes all bacteria, chemical & dust from the surface of vegetables or fruits. Also, the detachable tank is a good feature that allow us to clean the tank separately.

Defective received. Power on/off button already pressed..not working…timer also not working…wastage of money…kent is not expected to deliver such a cheap quality…online purchase of such non returnable products is a trap…

The pipe meant for the claimed ‘Ozone’ cleaning got broken and disconnected even after limited use in the last 10 months. There is no home service available for this product as informed by the Kent call center. You have to carry this product to the nearby service center. Worst product, don’t go for it.
