One of the worst AC is Onida split AC . It was irritating experience for me. Poor quality AC. I have purchased Onida split AC in September 2016 & after 2 years its giving issue like leakage in copper pipe its really irritating as I regularly use & maintain my AC. This is never expected form company like Onida as it giving issue in very short period of time. The company had comprise with quality of product which provide such worst quality AC. Don’t buy Onida AC really worst quality product, worst experience. Now I will file case against them in Consumer Court

What I consider a minus point was the lack of information on the Amazon website that there would be an installation service at a fee. Since this was not stated in the offer and purchase screens I had already made external arrangements for installation. Lots of calls and SMSes were received subsequent to arrival on this subject.

when you see the product details, installation charge is Rs 1000. But when technician came to install asked Rs 1850. Then said he can take 1500. I disagree then asked him to leave my home. Later he called and asked me how much I want to pay. Is the service process Onida is providing to customer. Very pathetic. So cancelled the order. Advised not to purchase any Onida AC.
