The picture, Sound quality and software are superb,
Customer care service is so good that whenever you need any assistance they provide technician visits on time.
In this price range onida provides 4k picture quality, which is awesome.
Problem is sometimes with remote only, it’s navigation keys working automatically if you press it once or twice.
Overall very good product from onida.

I’m writing this review after 1 week of usage since 1 week I didn’t get any issue while using this tv, I think it’s one of the best and beast tv at this price range along with Google TV uff this Google UI is damn smooth, the only difference between higher brand tv sich as Samsung, Sont ect is the only company matters, all the specifications are same even same UHD panel. Totally it became my dream tv.

Not as explained by the manufacturer. Video viewing experience is not upto the mark.
Regular channels streams colours which are not Natural. Pictyre Motion sometines staggering sometimes Soap opera effect. Cartoonish viewing experience even when watching Hollywood movies. Sound quality is very low. Side viewing is also not good. Etc I would like to return the product
