It’s a okay product…at this price. The water inlet pipe and the water outlet hose both are small… 1 mtr and 1.5 mtr respectively. I had to purchase separate pipes since we cannot keep this in bathroom or damp area.. \n\nIt doesn’t make any sound while washing, but while spinning it vibrates and some sound… Since it’s a plastic body and not metal so it’s obvious. \n\nBrands like IFB, Samsung, LG has fully automatic machines which will not make sound and are heavy metallic.. So those will not vibrate.. I own a Samsung too it’s very quite and heavy but it cost just double..\n\nSo at this price if you are budget constraint. \nand especially of you are a bachelor 😀 like me then it’s perfect also if you are a small family of 3-4 people…newly married couples. Please go for it at this price getting Fully automatic machine is just impossible.\n\nThe only cons is you will need to purchase a water inlet pipe.. as the supplied pipe is just 1 m long. It’s okay if you have a dedicated point/tap in your balcony or terrace for washing. Else if your bathroom or tap is at a distance you will need to purchase it separately.\n\n\nSo I invested in 3 meter inlet hose pipe and a wheel stand to move the machine

After 9 months of working fine it started making noise. I called Onida customer care and they sent a technician who said that a part needed to be changed. He said the part is currently not available and he will call back once available. Even after 2 months they didn’t call back. Onida customer care is very poor. I will not suggest buying this product.\nThe machine has stopped working and you have to keep calling customer care to get someone to look into it.

After a year I am facing a issue in rinse process, heavy noise. No support from flipkart protection plan. Its alomost a month registering complaint , but no response from flipkart. I recommend you all to buy from a proper dealer. Do not trust this flipkart.

I bought it 2 days ago. \nhere are some of my observations,\n1) build quantity is excellent,\n2) compact in Size,\n3) 10 different functions we can choose according to requirement.\n4) I washed all of my clothes(white uniform shirt,trousers,t shirt,denim), all is well washed and dried perfectly.\nI just put those all clothes under sun light for 10-15 min and it was ready to wear.\n5) washing time is near about 40-45 min.\n6) Onida fitted my washing machine on the same day.excellent service..

For minimum clothes it’s good for washing. But if load a little bit more clothes it does not work properly. Mostly if u use for light weight dresses it cleans easily but same weight of clothes of o2 or 3 jeans of men it is not working. Only the motor rotating but clothes not rotates.. Hence I mean to say if u want to buy for a 03 members family and if u want to buy specially of onida brand then go for 7.5 kg. Or 6.5 kg. Lastly 6.2 is only for a single member, if u have 2 or more persons in ur home then go for bigger capacity
