Don’t even buy…. only 10 day return policy, no demo from Panasonic.\nafter 10 days, we had to contact Panasonic support for resolving issues. \n\nGrinder performance is pathetic, we might got a faulty one. only one stone rotates and it takes more than one hour for two cups of dal.

Over a period of multiple usage grinding of batter takes longer time . Even it’s cover has some loose fitting issue due to which the entire activity of grinding is very tedious

Had issues with the product. It never worked beyond 5 minutes each time it was switched on – the appliance stopped working and a humming noise started emanating from the motor. Had to switch off the grinder for more than an hour or two and switch it on and again the problem of working for 5 minutes and stopping recurs. I called up the the Panasonic Customer Support toll free number, but the support was not available for Wet Grinder (Customer Support is not good). Finally I had to return the product with in a day.

Brilliant simply awesome …no 1 brand in japan…once u love it..always you love the product. I have a craze on panasonic….it grinds 1/2 kg in 6 mins how much fast it is…..what a secure system ….top notch….hatts off panasonic ….i have panasonic super mixi ,super wet grinder, and washing machine šā¤š
