After long research I decided to buy this product. my decision was not wrong. Decent product and value for money. Noise is little louder but manageable. Very powerful motor which I loved it. I recommend this to buy

All everything is outstanding but the lid is having very poor locking hence while using the mixer,,,all the wet material inside the jar splashes out on the body of the mixer,,we tried all the means but couldn’t stop pilfering n splash of the content,,that leads to wastage of your costly food material as well as it takes lot of time to clean..Second thing is that as it says hand’s free oeration while using,,,what happens,,while the mixer fitted with jar having content to mix or grind,slowly the whole jar moves anticlockwise and comes out of the lock and similarly the lid also.,Motor,blade,and grinding is tremendously outstanding,,in seconds it completed the job,,but company needs to work n modify the lid to match the motor unit.its locking system also is not at par.

Good buy, powerful motor and great for grinding. But it becomes hot after some time. Also jars spill if used for liquids

1. Does not come with spatula for changing the blade.\n2.The Big jar is leaking and i demand a replacement immediately.\n3. Even a base model will have better add-on’s compared to this, Don’t be surprised if you get a big box with one motor and 2 jars which just does not justify the price.

Super quality ….grinds with even texture….not ment only for commercial use….a good piece for home use as well……feel luxury for Indian food grinding needs…..so far loving it…Do not forget the lifetime free service coming with the product…

I trust the brand but i am disappointed with the customer care services by both flipkart and Preethi. \nI bought this on 26th Nov 2020 but till now it is unused as it is not working. \nI bought it as one of my family member had it but my experience is terrible but still have hope to get some help.\nI will surely edit my review after receiving a help
