I bought it as it is a sleek model, just 1inch thickness. Use friendly OS, perfect colors. But speakers output sound is very less, you definitely need a soundbar. Sony quality is much better, similar kind of model is lil expensive and also 3 inch thick. Moreover, Sony model doesn’t have eARC, which is only good thing in Samsung. BUT after 2-3 days we noticed white light / spots at the bottom of the sceen (when black background). Looks like some small bulb is in “on” mode when you have a black background. Technician is saying it is normal as black is very difficult to project. It is fault in TV Screen Panel only. But this kind of disturbance in watching movies is really annoying. Very disappointing….Overall, bad experience…go for SONY…

I purchased this Tv in 65 segment!!
User interface china ke tv ka bhi acha hota hai.
Its more than 9moths buying this TV and there is no minor or major upadte for this tv. This will be my first and the last mistake i have made. If you want to buy go for TCL or Hisense way better global brands, Sony and LG are also same as samsung. When TCL and Hisense are providing 4years warranty with OLED tv segments at lower price point why wasting time searching for these brand. In my opinion my previous TCL stands out in point of performance.
And this Tv doesn’t stand out the price paid for it! Too much lagging issue. No Screensaver option. You will see screen bleeding issue in next month of purchase. Only the best part of this TV is just 1 inch thick.

My Samsung ultra HD 4k tv purchased 6 yrs back stopped working.
Samsung is not able to repair the product as the part is not available there is pathetic response from the service team no one from Samsung is willing to talk to me nor respond to my mail and I am now forced to throw away a TV costing 1.3 lacs
Please think twice before purchasing high value products from Samsung

The TV video quality and everything is nice. The main problem is the software experience. Google assistant connectivity. Bluetooth connectivity. The UI interface. These things are not seamless. You might get used to it but occasionally when these happen you get very irritated by it.

if you call to customercare for replacement they guys just pass replacement priod with some excuse.
don’t buy any product with amazon
