What a terrible service is being provided from both Flipkart & Sansui . This TV was delivered on Mar 17 and same was installed by next day . From the beginning itself , the remote was lagging . But i assumed that might be an issue with the remote but i was wrong . The remote has stopped working completely now . While am trying to reach out to Flipkart , being put on a never ending call . Disgusting !!!
