I m not a first time user of symphony coolers and writing this after more than a month use.
This model is not that efficient n cool the air.
In description they wrote to clean the filters in 3 months. I m cleaning it every week as it pull too much dirt and choke otherwise airflow goes slow. This is when I m not using it outdoor.
Cooling is not as per other broad models of symphony. I guess this is for a very small room probably 10*10 feet.
Another big problem is remote control. It does not work from 4 mtrs. Also u have to stand to operate it until it match the Hight of panel on the top. Very poor range n useless.
Now one challange you may face while changing the water in cooler. There is a rubber need to pull out to drop the water. When you use it it start to leak n take time to adjust itself. This is in first use. I m sure later it will get loose and you can’t stop the water flow.
I wish I could return it.
Touch screen do not open properly n open only 30* instead of 70* 80*.
This is not a cheap brand and cheap cost . I paid 11900 apox for this product for such a poor built.

Not sure which genius has made the design, but the remote sensor lies on the top of the cooler facing the roof, and we can’t switch on the cooler when it’s off. To explain it in simple terms, user got to switch on the cooler manually first. Once done, the touch control automatically rises to 45 degrees allowing for the sensor to be accessible to the remote. This elevation was a stupid move to give it an automation look at the cost of common sense. Once we switch off the cooler, the touch control will rest down automatically, and user can’t do c.r.a.p about it and has to go switch it on manually again. I don’t even know how did it even materialize to market. I feel sorry for the sales guy, and wish to see him doing a demo on how to use the cooler. I want to see their faces when I ask them this question. ‘How do you switch on the cooler usingits remote’ and love to see him walk to a foot far from the cooler and raise his hand towards the roof and press the remote buttons from there. This product sucks big time if you are planning to use the remote.

Its been 3 months now since I’ve been using it, first a fall its not for peak hot season its just a showpiece no high fan power or cooling facility and secondly its worst then table fan good for oct nov month but not recommended for may june july aug sep.
This product only has a post box slot to put ice in it, 55Ltrs. If there was a drawer then you could put in ice packs. I had to return this because the oscillating control didn’t work & was faulty –
Nice product, but you can use it in small rooms.

Good product but needs maintenance every month. So 4 star. But if I could I would give 3.5 star the highest.

When you turn on power it takes a lot of time to lift up the touchscreen and respond to touches. Touchscreen is cheap and made of plastic. You can clearly see the knobs underneath. Remote doesn’t work at all angles.
Also on turning it off and leaving it plugged in, it sometimes makes a weird and loud humming noise.
Don’t buy this.

the air throw is not that good
It is a good product if you’re purchasing for a single person for a small room, otherwise, go for any other desert cooler.
I bought this by seeing the description provided and hoped it would be a good choice but i had to riturn it and i purchased a desert cooler from Bajaj
