I purchased syska Redcord less iron In July 2019, it had no warranty card., it is giving me a trouble in putting in the base since beginning and today one side-s plastic broke down what to do? Is there no customer care service? Please advise
It is neither easy to use or light weight nor value for money.

It is very bulky. When you lift it and take it to the ironing board half the heat is lost hence every 10 seconds you have to place it again for heating. The water in steam compartment oozes out as soon as you put the iron on steam mode. Not at all recommended

The heat does go off a little quickly.. but its not much of a hassle. The ceramic soleplate is an additional plus point that makes ironing easier.
Its the best cordless iron for the given price range

First of all it doesn’t look like original syska iron quality was very cheap and local… packing of product was very dirty, iron was very dirty . Came in some helmet box.
