There is no option to zoom to full screen while watching movie. Toshiba customer care doesn’t respond. There is a horizontal black strip on top and bottom screen. This is an issue while watching the movie.

Bought 50 inch 4k tv for 30k including 3 years xtra warranty.
I have VU premium also same 50 imch 4k bought for same 30k price.
but Toshiba is better in terms of picture quality and smoothness of video.
Google tv os looks much better than Android. OS is smooth. No issues so far.
You can blindly buy it without thinking much. Picture quality and google tv is super.

Picture
Its VA panel. Good for darker rooms. Forget the viewing angle.
Best picture settings is set the picture mode to Dynamic and set the backlight to 50. 4K videos playing smoothly.
Sound
Tv Speakers are fixed on the back side, so forget the Dolby atmos. Speakers are loud but no clarity and crispiness. Definitely need a Soundbar.
Connectivity
Connectivity is poor and android interface is not that much good looking. Remote is too big.
Storage
In specification it shows 2 GB RAM and 16 GB storage.
So that part is misleading.
But I only got 8 GB storage in that 5.7 GB is the usable one.
Conclusion
If your priority is great picture quality, I think this won’t disappoints you.
I am satisfied because, This TV provides me best pictures quality in this (under 30k) price segment.
Luckily I have a good soundbar and Fire tv stick, so I am a buyer who only concentrated on the picture side. So I am giving 3.5/5 only because it stands good in the picture quality.

After using the same for 2 weeks, i noticed horizontal lines on the display. I’m feeling very disappointed with the same as it just passed the return policy period.
