Cooler is good but the swing panels are damged and brokend same time and the cooler auto fill also not working I am not accepting by Amazon for this type of product but I can manage thankyou Amazon

In 1st delivery inlet pipe was broken, then I returned. In 2nd delivery one of the lowvers side attachment was broken. I m now fed up so keeping the product as I neither have the time and patience to go through the return process again.

Thanks for delivering the product on said delivery timeline .
The product which i received yesterday -Usha Striker SD1 70 liters . Wish to share 3 major faults .
1- Since it is new product, wheel attachment screw are having rusting (SS are shared in this review).
Received wheels build quality is too bad. Once we fill the max level water, then cooler is difficult to move on this wheels . Wheels locking is also not working properly .
2- fitting of abs plastic is not perfect . From left and right side of inlet and outlet side body is not fitted properly . SS is shared In review . Already I am using Usha Honeywell product , but I have never faced the issues .
3- Major issue with honeycomb pad water leakage problem . Once I started the motor pump. From honeycombs water is spreading on body . SS is attached .
Since I am regular customer of Amazon India . I request you cancel this product and scheduled me my refund . I am not interested any more In replacement .

Customer service of usha company is pathetic. They don’t receive call. If call get connected they cut down the call. I called trechniian for desert cooler swing not working. Technician did not came till today

Cooler is good but the tyres used for cooler seems to be used one because one tyre get opened again and again since the very first day and I have fixed it with fevistick.I could have replaced but I did not because it would make me wait for more 10 days to recheck the functioning of replaced cooler. So cooler is fine but tyres are not good and I am not getting the tyres in the market also

There is no remote control for this product..and we received breaken auto water connect item part. And slightly have couple of cracked areas but not on the water cabinet.
