Was happy with this cooker till one day it stopped cooking. It’s still within the 2 yr warranty. On contacting customer care they said we would have to take it ourselves to the service center as only big electronics are serviced at home. Living in Bangalore it would cost about Rs 500 up and down to commute. Paid 2.1k to buy the cooker. I’ve used many brands of cookers but this is the first time one hasn’t lasted for more than 4 to 5 yrs atleast. Better to go for a well known brand like Panasonic or Prestige

The product is very good. It’s fast and easy to use. Cooking in it is really simple as advertised. The rice never burns, it turns off automatically or switches to the warmth mode which is really nice because we normally do not serve rice as soon as it’s ready We wait for like 3 hours and it remains hot until then. We also tried cooking curries and it works like a charm. I also tried making pizzas but this one is not made for that. It keeps switching to the warmth mode before the cheese melts so not a good option for that.
