Received after 17 days of ordering and after installation found that AC motor is not working.
Already someone has raised a complaint on the item. Horrible experience.

I purchased this AC on April 18th, and now two months have passed. During this time, a technician has visited my home three times due to breakdowns. I strongly recommend considering another brand instead of Voltas, as I initially had trust in their products when I made this purchase. However, I am currently dissatisfied because I have to call customer service and raise a breakdown case every two weeks.
If the Voltas technician continues to repair my product at this frequency, it is highly likely that my AC will sustain further damage. It would be wiser to purchase from an offline store, where you can directly visit and raise a complaint if necessary.

According to price tha product was not good , you buy mi better than this product –
Really poor service from voltas. AC gas leaked within 5 days due to bad installation. They don’t have a ladder to reach 15-20 feet to set the outdoor unit. They won’t share the plan of installation before starting and destroy your property without discussing with you. They won’t respond on their social media portals and their customer service have no power.

Next day from installation AC stopped working. Amazon team says to wait for any resolution. Amazon is selling defective/damaged products and customer support is also non responsive.

Good ac 7 out of 10 because the fit and finish is little poor out but that’s ok noise is very low very power full out door unit also good
