Product is good but whirlpool service is very bad because istallation engineer give the estimation of 5500 bucks to install ac in which 1500 service charge 700 rs for stand and other for extra 10 fit pipe which is 300 rs per fit and same ac i have installed with local engineer in 3500 bucks so its very bad experiance for me they are charging very high price on the name of company

First about the product: Decent looking but not sufficient cooling especially time taken is more than other AC’s like LG. At this price may be Voltas was a better option but trusting Whirlpool for service levels.
Second: INSTALLATION: Whirlpool team is disappointing. They just want to squeeze you more n more to earn money.
Mouting bracket cost: 1200 (Market price 600)
If you buy from market they charge 350 for fixing it and then they find out some or the other nuts which doesn’t fix so they charge 100 extra.
Drainage pipe cost 90Rs per feet.
Whirlpool team should surely look into this..
