Its a good Microwave, but the pictures on Amazon says it has grill and grill combi, which it doesnt have in real. Please share genuine images. Size is very compact.

This microwave was delivered to my home while I was in the hospital. The box was in good shape, however as you can see the unit itself was severely damaged. Noting I had until June 1st to arrange for an exchange (today is May 29), I reached out to Amazon, only to be told that this had been an “open box” delivery and that any damages had to be noted at the time of delivery. My being in the hospital up until the day I opened the box, fell on deaf ears, and I was told there was no way to exchange the microwave. I have moved recently from the US and have used Amazon extensively in the past. This is by far the worst customer service experience I have every experienced. First, none of my correspondences say anything at all about an “open box” delivery. Please show me where this is noted. Second, it states clearly on my order page on Amazon that I have until June 1st to refund or exchange this unit. Even so, I was repeatedly refused. When I pointed out that I had never had service this horrible in the US with Amazon, I was told “Sir, Amazon US and Amazon India have different policies.” Well, that’s for damned sure. Amazon US would never stand for, nor force a customer to accept a piece of merchandise which was clearly damaged in delivery. I feel that this has been misrepresented, and needs to be rectified immediately. I shouldn’t feel I need to take a hammer to a brand new appliance in order for it to look somewhat normal. Fix this please!! **UPDATE** After additional calls to Amazon, I reached a person willing to give me a “one time exemption” and replace the microwave. A new microwave was shipped and was received in good condition. I appreciate the final service, however it should have been dealt with the first time I called.
