I bought this top loader instead of front loader (familiar to me) model reluctantly as I do not have enough space to place it. I am pleasantly surprised and will recommend it without hesitation. 1. Clean controls 2. Relatively less noise in its operation 3. Definitely getting 7.5Kg was a good decision. If you have limited space like me, this machine is a no-brainer.
Things to improve: The electrical power cable is very short. I paid an electrician to lengthen it and would have preferred the machine come with an option to customized to choose the length of the power cable. Satisfied customer so far.

Machine is easy to use and has a good capacity available in 7.5kg…has the option of express wash which helps sace your time…best for daily use as the program can b set to daily wash …
Installation is also very easy and it was done within 24 hrs by the agent sent by the whirlpool company who is contacted by the amazon people once your machine is delivered…
Very happy with the packaging…
And above all- good product at an affordable price range…

Satisfied with the product but installation delay killed my happiness.
The product description shows slow led motion, but it falls directly when closing.
It took 5 days of regular calling to the whirlpool customer care and amazon care for scheduling the installation.
The installation guy was in very hurry and didn’t demonstrated well about product.
Also he insisted to buy other accessories like powder and water filter and i got trapped for water filter of rs.2000.
This is the first day review of product, let’s see how it runs but one thing is sure that we can’t expect good service from whirlpool.

Make some noise for the desi boys.. just kidding but it had started doing weird sound from the beginning we thought it’s her love sound of interacting with us but later on we realised that it’s a sensible machine use it gently very gently like it’s made of glass anyways she is good but sounds a lot like a new married women..

The customer service is worst. There only tell to contact with other method and no one response it. –
No one visit to give service even after month of complaint which is problematic for buying online. You can not assume to have service If you buy this product online.
